Report your claim to The Winfield Group or your insurance company immediately or as soon as possible We welcome your calls when you have a claim to report or wish to discuss a possible claim situation with us before actually reporting it.

We will help you determine the best course of action for your situation, often times avoiding trouble later on in the claims process. That said, sometimes it's preferable to call the companies claim "hotline" directly. They are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They can get much of the information they need from you right away without having to first call you back by phone. They can advise you immediately on what steps you are authorized to take. If your company is not listed, then you need to report it directly to us:

Your insurance company stands ready to help, but can't begin unless they know you have had a claim.

Please report all claims directly to our office. Our job at the Winfield Group is to make sure that that your insurance company responds quickly and to the full extent of the coverages available to you on your policy. If we don't know about the claim, we can't help.
